I’ve had the pleasure of working with Des for the past three years at Waltz, where he has provided expert technical leadership.

Des was a colleague for 3 years whom I thoroughly enjoyed working with. Des is one of the most talented and knowledgable Tech Directors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Solution focused and a great motivator and manager of teams. Des is a very dedicated and motivated web developer, always keen on learning new technologies. I’d also like to mention that he’s a great team player, always willing to support his colleagues on the different ongoing projects and getting on with everyone in the the department.
